NOVA 535 Unique Event Space, located in beautiful Downtown St. Pete, Florida, is a perfect location for any kind of shoot; web series, infomercials, tv film photo shoots…for so many reasons. Why? For starts our location is private, secure and easily accessed from Tampa, Sarasota and the Beaches, right off the interstate.
Parking and Directions to NOVA 535
Once you arrive at conveniently located NOVA 535, we have our private brick and bamboo courtyard, which is excellent for: an outside location, B-Rolls, and/or for your catering food truck and for your production trucks when it’s a larger multi camera production. Yes our gate opens fully to allow full size (15 feet wide, 12 feet tall) vehicle entry.
Inside we offer our Main Gallery, our upstairs VIP lounge, 10, yes TEN restroom SUITES which include 2 green rooms, likely the nicest ones you’ve experienced. The Supernova Suite also includes a private bath with shower (all in Italian Travertine), plenty of hangers for wardrobes and lots of make-up lighting. Speaking of lighting, NOVA offers 40 LEKO source 4 lights, 8 LED lights for accent color, a 16′ ladder to get up into our open rafters to adjust / add additional lighting, which the crews love. They also love our completely rewired electrical system with plenty of clean power everywhere inside and out. We built NOVA with our client’s and guests smiling faces in mind.

Our custom designed and virtually invisible, artwork hanging pulley system – so artwork comes up and down easily and quickly. Need an amazing sound system to get your crew in the mood? That’s included and ready to rock-n-rolla! Also we now have custom black drapes that cover the entire west window wall (wall shown below), so you don’t have to worry about the time of day you’re shooting at. We can open as early as 6:00 am and you can rent us until you shout “It’s a WRAP!”
